Summary

A mid-sized payor needed additional resources to support the implementation of a care management system being rolled out across their enterprise.

Our Role

We provided a small team to lead the management of their testing efforts of the entire solution including the application, interfaces, and regression of surrounding systems.

Results

• Developed all system integration (SIT) and user acceptance (UAT) test scenarios

• Managed the entire test execution of the project.

• Created a defect management process incorporating all internal and external resources and vendors.

• Structured a new environment management plan including processes for code promotion that integrated all enterprise projects and ongoing application releases.

• Provided strategic support for new project deployments involving all lines of business.
