A global SAAS company was expanding rapidly and having issues with consistency in its implementations.
Our Role
We conducted a rapid discovery to consolidate best practices across their strategic accounts and built an implementation playbook and toolkit to be used by all their Program and Project Managers.
Results
Developed an enterprise implementation playbook that included 60+ pages of content, 30+ diagrams and charts, and outlined 20+ core processes
Assessed the project management capabilities of the organization and developed job profiles for two additional roles to be integrated into their PMO.
Provided change management recommendations and next steps for playbook adoption and integration.
