Our Role

We conducted a full assessment of their operations and facilitated the new process design and training of future-state workflows

Results

  • Implemented an agile framework to organize assessment findings and drive the design, development, and deployment of operational fixes.

  • Documented current-state workflows and designed new future-state processes for Machine Sales and Retrofits.

  • Developed custom reports to support collections management and designed new configurations to support closing activities.

  • Created quick reference guides to optimize account maintenance, batch posting, and collections in ERP system.
