Summary

A health plan was behind schedule implementing an online program for condition management.

Our Role

We provided a rapid assessment of project gaps and developed a plan to accelerate progress. From there, we managed the entire implementation from finalizing requirements through to program launch.

Results

• Turnaround of the project and a successful launch within 6 months.

• Developed a complete suite of program artifacts including use cases, conceptual diagrams, workflows, marketing collateral, and reports

• Rolled out the deployment plan across multiple business departments and locations.

• Built a program strategy with a phased approach to achieve all business requirements within a year.
