Our Role

We assessed their business plan, partnerships, and operations and developed a go-forward strategy to establish operations and scale rapidly.

Results

  • Built an operating model that outlined the governance, processes, organization, technology, and data from site selection to ongoing maintenance of the solar facility.

  • Outlined the strategic roadmap including a Finance and Accounting maturity model with the progression of organizational capabilities.

  • Provided a rapid implementation plan including the short-term standup of the core business and near-term ERP system selection and implementation.
